We’re a family-run construction company based right here in Hawkes Bay, dedicated to making your life better through quality new builds, renovations, extensions and maintenance work. Our mission is to create spaces that enhance your everyday living.
With 13 years experience in the building industry, owner and builder Angus Logan believes good work starts with good communication – from the first conversation to the final walk-through, you’ll always know what’s happening and when.

New Home Builds
Building a new home is a big call, and we treat it that way. From your first sketch through to handing over the keys, we work with you (and your architect or designer, if you’ve got one) to build a home that actually suits how you live, not just how it looks on paper. We know the local conditions, the council process, and how to keep a build on track without cutting corners.
Renovations & Alterations
Old villas, 70s brick-and-tile, weatherboard cottages, high-end architectural homes, Hawke’s Bay’s got a bit of everything, and we’ve worked on most of it. Whether it’s opening up a cramped floor plan, adding light to a dark hallway, or fixing what the last renovation got wrong, we’re comfortable working within existing walls and making them better.
Decks, Outdoor Living & Landscaping Structures
Hawke’s Bay living is outdoor living. We build decks, pergolas, and outdoor entertaining spaces built to handle the sun and the odd nor’easter, so you get more use out of your section, not just your floor plan.
Kitchen & Bathroom Renovations
These are the rooms that get used the most and worn out the fastest. We handle the full job: demo, plumbing and electrical coordination, tiling, cabinetry install, so you’re not juggling five different tradespeople. We’ll talk you through layout options that make sense for your space and budget, not just what’s trending.
Extensions & Additions
Growing family, need a home office, want a second bathroom… sometimes moving isn’t the answer, building out is. We can match new work to your existing home’s style and structure so the addition looks like it’s always been there, not bolted on.
Repairs & General Maintenance
Not every job is a full reno. Leaky joinery, rotten decking, a bathroom that’s seen better days. We take on smaller repair and maintenance jobs too, and we won’t try to talk you into more work than you actually need.
